Artis REIT - Winnipeg-Manitoba

Artis REIT is one of the largest diversified commercial real estate investment trusts with headquarters in Winnipeg-Manitoba, in Canada.

Boasting a significant portfolio consisting of industrial, retail and office properties in Canada and the United State, Artis REIT’s primary objective is to maximise total returns to its unitholders. It does this thanks to a management team that has over 200 years of collective experience in construction, development, and management of commercial and other properties.

Over the years, Artis REIT has developed its business in five offices, four across Canada and one in the United States: they are all located in owned buildings situated in metropolitan areas that are growing faster than the national average. The headquarters - the biggest of all offices - was created 10 years ago in Winnipeg, in a prominent skyscraper in the city centre where 90 employees work, and which underwent renovation in 2018, involving the participation of Ceramiche Caesar as a supplier.

The ceramic inspiration of stone was the leitmotiv for the look that distinguishes the various areas of the lobby, corridors and toilets, creating an elegant and absolutely contemporary ambiance. Inspired by quartzite, Inner was picked in Peak colour, a live, bright white that floods the space with light in its large 60x120 cm size, laid on the floor, and above all on the walls. The elegant but bold grey hue of Kirkby, in the two natural and bright finishes, in the 60x120 and 30x60 cm sizes respectively, completed the furnishing of the settings, contributing in a decisive manner to defining the sober and original appearance of Artis REIT’s largest and most important offices.
