Surface, furniture and architecture converge in a residential project in Cesenatico
A contemporary residential project in Cesenatico is built around a clear principle: letting surfaces define the rhythm of the space. In this project, Caesar porcelain stoneware solutions are an active part of the architectural concept—elements that modulate light, define proportions, and accommodate material and chromatic choices in the interior design.

Here, the Prima collection in the Ecru 120×120 size with Soft finish was selected for the interiors as a continuous surface capable of enhancing bright, open spaces. The colour—neutral yet warm—works by subtraction. It is a cement effect reduced to its essential material quality: a silent presence that harmonizes with the black and taupe furnishings of the main apartment and with the cappuccino tones of the secondary unit. The design choices reflect a balanced and harmonious approach, a dialogue between materials, light and colour.
Gold Magnolia on the stairs, Alchemy Copper in the bathrooms, and Anima Nero Atlante in the kitchen volumes: three distinct surfaces that demonstrate Caesar’s ability to meet specific material and functional needs.
The visual and functional continuity of the project is further enhanced by the use of the Quartz Essence collection in the Rocky R11 variant, selected for the staircase cladding and entrance walkway. Here, the surface echoes the style of the building—painted black with grey and white accents—offering a texture that blends into the architecture with visual lightness. The 60×120 slabs were custom-cut to adapt to the existing geometry of the steps, confirming the project's focus on construction detail.

In this project, Caesar material becomes a compositional tool that creates relationships and defines space. A rigorous language of visual balance and technical precision gives form to a vision of the home centred on durability, coherence and essentiality.
